Up to 80% off your best holiday buddies: Tropico 3, Raiden Legacy, Cultures 1+2, Defender of the Crown, Gobliiins Pack, Dungeons 2, and more!

With the holidays still on, it’s easy to get distracted by delicious food and family reunions instead of spending time with your good, bleep-blooping friend. But what if he had some shiny new toys to show you, like these neat games from Kalypso + Cinemaware + DotEmu, for example? And what if he told you these gems are now up to 80% off and you should totally let him have them?

Devious damsels, amoral knights, and a murdered King. England is in disarray and desperately needs a Defender of the Crown to push back the advancing Normans. Your turn-based tactics, swordfighting skills, and jousting prowess will decide if you are the one.

Vikings are renowned for their fierceness in combat, not their ability in building and maintaining settlements on unfamiliar lands. But that’s what they’ll be doing in the RTS/RPGs Cultures 1+2, in order to tame the Americas or fight the evil Midgard Serpent that threatens to devour Europe.

You’ve given a cutting-edge space fighter and a mission: destroy MegaCorp’s competitors by any means necessary. So hop on your Raptor: Call of the Shadows 2010, buy shiny upgrades, and let the enemy waves have it!

Sift through Kalypso + Cinemaware + DotEmu catalogs for the holiday gifts that your PC has been asking for, going for up to 80% off: Wings! Remastered Edition, Raiden Legacy, Tropico 3 Gold, Dungeons 2, and more!
The promo will last until January 1, 4:59 AM UTC.

You’ve been (very) naughty. Time to be nice!

We’ve conquered Europe, slaughtered countless soldiers that were silly enough to stand in our way, and razed enemy settlements to the ground. Now it’s time to leave these well-meaning activities behind for a moment and let the spirit of Christmas warm our bloodthirsty hearts.

As it happens, 17th century Santa just dropped us a neat gift for the occasion. Let’s see what treats are inside:

– A new mission: Santa’s reindeer are in peril and you’re the only one who can rescue them and put Christmas back on track.
– Look out for christmas trees in your map and for peasants holding holiday-colored bags. Cute!
– The main menu, UI, and some in-game tweaks give the game a more festive and snowy ambiance to put you right in the mood.

If you haven’t yet tried Cossacks 3, now is the best time to give it a whirl. Not only do the holidays provide enough time to establish your rule over Europe but they’ve brought some nice surprises with them as well!

Ten of 2016’s niftiest releases and a limited selection of wonders on sale now.

2016 had its rough spots, but surely we can all agree on one thing: it’s been a delightful year for video games. To cap it off, we’re putting ten great releases from this year on sale, alongside bundles of classics and modern wonders in the Goodbuy 2016 Sale!

Obviously, the hardest part has been picking just ten games. Through a particularly scientific process that may or may not have included copious amounts of eggnog and missing teeth, we have whittled down the list of GOG.com’s 10 Good Buys of 2016 (in no particular order) to:

INSIDE
The horrific, twisted, and morbidly beautiful followup to LIMBO is one of the most memorable experiences of the year and a damn fine puzzle-platformer to boot.

Owlboy
A endearing piece of pixel-art that warmed your hearts with its quirky cast of characters and unique platforming mechanics, which let you carry around those you care about.

Starbound
Recently updated and chock-full of fun activities and adventuring opportunities, Starbound is one of our year’s most promising InDev graduates.

Stardew Valley
Simple, addictive, and endless, the absolute indie hit of the year (developed by just ONE guy) made us all into accomplished farmers, explorers, harvesters, and lovers.

Grim Dawn
Some here say that isometric aRPGs have a new king and that he’s wearing some stunning gear, yields devastating weapons, and murders things with just a few mouseclicks.

Obduction
A spiritual successor to Myst from the magicians behind the original series, this first-person adventure transported us to stunning worlds, where the familiar and the strange collide.

Darkest Dungeon
Brutal and unforgiving, this roguelike dragged us down to the depths of despair before giving us a glimpse of hope in the form of a well-timed critical hit. Then our team died. …read more

Dressed to kill.

The Loyalist Upgrade DLC, a delectable collection of vanity items to give your Grim Dawn characters that crucial bit of extra flair, is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com with a 15% launch discount.

When you’re a mean, lean, constantly seen killing machine, there’s nothing more important than looking amazing – covered in blood or otherwise. Rest assured: these items will definitely keep you in vogue with their timeless appeal and killer style. So don George Washington’s wig and teach your enemies some manners. Perhaps you prefer the more unwholesome pirate look? In that case, the Swashbuckler’s Coat and the Admiral’s Hat might be more to your tastes. To further undermine your otherwise fearsome disposition, make sure to try some of the Enchanted Burrwitch Brew that will give you all the glorious disadvantages of a bad hangover and none of the questionable social skills. But at least make sure to bring a Will-O’-The-Wisp along, to help you see in the dark and find your way back home. Or around the next dungeon.

Level up your Grim Dawn character’s fashion sense with the fun selection of cosmetic items found inside the Loyalist Upgrade DLC, DRM-free on GOG.com.
The 15% discount will last until December 29, 5:59 PM UTC.

Lock, stock, and two gaping jaws.

Armed and Dangerous®, the outrageous 3rd-person shooter where a band of misfits saves the world with eccentric weaponry, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com, with a 25% launch discount.

A wanted bandit, a tea-obsessed robot, a mole-man that’s good with explosives, and an old man with an overpowering smell will go up against King Forge’s robot army. Their goal? Simple: steal the Book of Rule and save the world. But not before they make a big ol’ mess of it.
As a career outlaw, Roman’s not afraid to play dirty. Besides his considerable swagger, he packs some neat, non-standard-issue weaponry like a gun that plants a hungry land-shark in the ground, gas grenades that make his enemies switch sides, and a gravity-reversing gun that sends everyone flying. Will that be enough to see his rag-tag team through to the end of this crazy adventure? Do they have the firepower to defeat hulking Goliaths, disgusting hybrids, and killer droids? And is it actually true that Roman wears his mask to hide his disgustingly bad teeth?

Jump the shark and find yourself inside a rip-roaring action romp that will make you feel Armed and Dangerous®, DRM-free on GOG.com.
